How To Cancel 9Mobile Chat/Social/Video Smart Pack Plans

I fooled around with 9mobile’s Data SmartPak plans for a while as I was looking for a cheap alternative for streaming YouTube and Netflix videos. Tragically the experience left a lot to be desired in that the data allowance wasn’t much and I felt I was better off with a regular data plan from Glo.

So I quit subscribing to the service.

Unfortunately 9mobile doesn’t offer a clear detailed way of unsubscribing to these services. Today I got tired of those daily sms alerts prompting me to renew my subscription to streaming packs and so I contacted them via twitter and they sent me the code to unsubscribe from the services.
